In the work the energy spectrum and solution of Dirac’s equation for the charged and neutral fermions taking into account interaction of the anomalous magnetic moments of particles with the external field are obtained. The total probability of the inverse betadecay of proton in the presence of strong uniform magnetic field taking into account the anomalous magnetic moments of nucleons is found.
